Elements of this asana:

Step one: Stand in tadasana with your big toes touching and tighten your quadriceps. Breath.
Step two: On your exhale jump feet three or four feet apart.  Turn your left foot in about 45 degrees. Your right foot should be 90 degrees.  Align feet. Lift your quadriceps and turn your right thigh outwards so your knee is inline with your ankle.  
Step three: Raise your arms so they are parallel to the floor and out to the sides. Palms down.  Turn your torso to the right.  
Step four: With another exhalation extend your spine and turn your torso farther tot he right.  Reach your left hand down to the floor.  Open the hearts center. and lift the pit of the abdomen.
Step five: Turn your gaze up and extend your right arm up. Most of the weight should be on the back heel and the front hand.
Step six: Exhale and release the twist. Bring torso back to an upward stance on an inhalation.
