Awareness!

In this asana I feel relaxed yet focused.  It’s like a calm energy.  I feel like I really need to focus when I am in this posture because I need balance, lengthen and twist.  When I feel like I am starting to lose my balance I rebalance myself using my core.  I also feel my chest open up so I can inhale and exhale easier.
